Pre-Con Builders managed both phase II and phase III of the project. Phase II, constructed from late January to May 2000, involved the addition of six luxury suites, additional concessions, and additional washrooms. The project included elaborate underpinning of the existing foundations, and was constructed over the winter with extremely tight timelines.
