Pre-Con Builders constructed the new Safeway store in Brandon Manitoba as a Design-Build, Build-to-Suit, lease back arrangement for Shindico Inc., per Safeway's prototype plans and requirements. The new store included Safeway's new "lifestyle" concept and departments, replaced a much smaller store in Brandon, and is now a key anchor of the Corral Centre Shopping Centre.
